EULAG PUBLIC NOTICE:

EULAG was developed at the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR).

UCAR make no proprietary claims, either statutory or otherwise, to this version and release of EULAG and consider EULAG to be in the public domain for use by any person or entity for any purpose without any fee or charge. UCAR request that any EULAG user include this notice on any partial or full copies of EULAG. UCAR further request that the user credit UCAR in any publications that result from the use of EULAG. The name UCAR shall not be used or referenced in any advertising or publicity which endorses or promotes any products or commercial entity associated with or using EULAG, or any derivative works thereof, without the written authorization of UCAR.

EULAG is provided by UCAR on an "AS IS" basis and any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of noninfringement, originality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.
