Using NESTDOWN to generate input for a second higher resolution MM5 run.
Input
to NESTDOWN is TERRAIN_DOMAIN3 from TERRAIN and MMOUT_DOMAIN2 from first MM5 run.
Output
from NESTDOWN is _DOMAIN3. These files needs to be
RENAMED
to _DOMAIN1, prior to using it as input to the second high resolution MM5 run.
Output from second MM5 run will be MMOUT_DOMAIN1,
BUT
this output is for the high resolution DOMAIN3 domain.
