FDDAOBS = 0 or 1

Both types of FDDA are supported under the DM-parallel option. Specifying 0 means that the option will not be compiled into the code; specifying 1 means that it will. Whether the option is actually used or not is determined by the FPARAM section of the namelist file, mmlif (fort.10).
