FRAD = c,c,c,c,c

FRAD specifies the radiation option(s) that will be compiled into the code. Each integer c in the comma-separated list of values may be one of the following values:

  1. Simple Newtonian
  2. Cloud (aka Dudhia long and short-wave radiation)
  3. CCM2 (supported in DM-parallel version since V3)
  4. RRTM (should work, but not tested in V3)

The settings are cumulative and order is unimportant. That is, every option that appears in the list will be compiled in the code. For a given run, the same radiation scheme is used on all domains; therefore, in the namelist file (mmlif) only one these values will be given.
