MPHYSTBL = 0 or 1

MPHYSTBL specifies whether the costly exponent intrinsic should be used in calculating Simple Ice (IMPHYS=4) and Mixed Phase Moisture (IMPHYS=5) or whether versions of these packages that use a fast lookup table mechanism in place of the exponent intrinsic should be used. If the value of MPHYSTBL is 0, the intrinsic is used. If MPHYSTBL is 1, the lookup table is used.
