An update on release 3.2

Dear MM5 MPP users,

This email is regarding the just released MM5 Version 3 release-3-2.

If you have downloaded the new MM5 tar file before receiving this email,
please download it again. A correction is put in to initialize soil
temperature arrays when ISOIL=1 is used. The MPP tar file is not changed.
And the non-MPP MM5 is not affected.
