P19     Verification of PM 2.5 forecast accuracy using WRF/CMAQ modeling system in Japan

We predicted PM 2.5 concentration from 2 days ago to 2 days ahead using WRF-CMAQ modeling system.

 As a result, the predicted PM 2.5 concentration was lower than that observed, but roughly reproduced the variation well.

In addition, although the results from two days ago to that day were of the same accuracy as past results, the accuracy got worse for the results one day and two days ahead.

We verified which elements of the weather are leading to lower accuracy.
