PSU/NCAR Mesoscale Modeling System Users' Workshop
The PSU/NCAR Mesoscale Modeling System Users' Workshop is held
once a year in the summer months. The workshop is hosted by the
Mesoscale and Microscale Meteorology Division at NCAR. The workshop
is intended to provide a forum for users to share their research
results, and discuss problems and new development. The workshop
typically runs 2-3 days.
There is special topic designated for each year's workshop. The
purpose of this is to focus workshop discussion. All MM5 and WRF
users are invited to participate in the workshop. Papers dealing
with model deficiencies and improvements are especially encouraged.
A preprint volume is produced for the workshop.
There is a registration fee required to cover workshop expense,
and the fee is subject to change without notice.
