Plans:
We are continuing to organize the Web pages. This WG is
going to be responsible for the content of the
general access pages, but at the level of the individual
Working Groups, separate Webmasters are being designated to maintain
Working Group and limited access pages at their own sites.
Forums are planned for each working group as a replacement for the
WG mailing lists. This has a potential benefit of sorting discussions
by threads and archiving discussions. The implementation is still
being worked out.
User support duties for WRF will include organizing workshops on a
regular basis in Boulder in the summer each year.
We have held workshops in conjunction with tutorials at NCAR in
August 2001 and June 2002. The next one is tentatively in June 2003.
Planning meetings for WRF will be organized about twice per year,
including one in the summer at the time of the annual workshop.
The coming WRF workshops are announced elsewhere on these pages.
