Compiling WRF and WPS

Before beginning any of the exercises for running WRF and WPS, the code must be built on your local machine or cluster. There are specific libraries and compilers necessary to build the code. Please see the Compiling Tutorial for step-by-step instructions to ensure the environment is setup properly, and to install the code.
