Run WRF for an Idealized CaseΒΆ
WRF idealized cases provide a controlled simulation environment that can be used as a starting point for specific idealized experiments. Unlike WRF real-data cases, idealized cases do not require input meteorological data, or real geographic input; therefore, the WPS program is not used for ideal simulations.
Below are the available ideal cases, as part of the WRF source code.
