WRF AHW Utilities

WRF AHW Utility Programs:

All utility programs for WRF-ARW will work for AHW.

- proc_oml.f: This program reads HYCOM 3D temperature file in netCDF, computes ocean mixed layer depth based on ocean heat content, and mean layer temperature in top 200 m depth. The fields are then written to the intermediate format data as it were from ungrib. Special entries in METGRID.TBL are needed to properly interpolate the data to WRF grid.
