MPAS-A User Forum¶
The best way to obtain support for MPAS-A is to post a thread to the WRF & MPAS-A Support Forum in one of the existing MPAS Atmosphere sections. Before you will be able to post an inquiry, you will need to create an account, and then please take a moment to read the notes at the top of the forum’s home page. Your first post will need to be approved by a moderator.
MPAS-A User Mailing Lists¶
Subscribe to the MPAS-Atmosphere user’s mailing list.
This list is hosted at Google Groups. In order to subscribe via the mailing list’s website (the above link), a Google account is required. Google accounts can be created with any email address (they don’t need to be Google email addresses). However, f you do not wish to use a Google account, you can send an email to “mpas-atmosphere-users+subscribe@googlegroups.com” from your email address of choice.
MPAS-Atmosphere CESM Mailing List¶
Subscribe to the MPAS-Atmosphere within CESM mailing list.
This list is hosted at Google Groups. In order to subscribe via the mailing list’s website (the above link), a Google account is required. Google accounts can be created with any email address (they don’t need to be Google email addresses). However, f you do not wish to use a Google account, you can send an email to “mpas-atmosphere-users+subscribe@googlegroups.com” from your email address of choice.
This is a publicly viewable mailing list, meaning anyone can read any of the messages by visiting the google group page linked in the first paragraph. To post to the mailing list, an email address needs to be subscribed to the mailing list.
Bug Reports¶
Bug reports should be as detailed as possible to better enable developers to reproduce and fix them. Please use this template when submitting a bug report.
Bug reports should be submitted through the issue tracker on the github website.
